MemoKeys is a tool which allows you to create shortcut key combinations (hotkeys) like ‘F2 + B’ or ‘F4 + T’ and associates them with any text information or e-mail and link action of your choice. You can use this tool to store passwords, code snippets, addresses, names, email signatures, shell commands and much more. Then instead of typing ‘Warm regards’ every time you email your colleagues, you could just press F2 +W and the text is instantly typed for you.

MemoKeys help you to fill forms faster, to execute repetitive tasks without having to type everytime the same text . Working of MemoKeys is simple: It creates associations between key combinations on your keyboard and some predetermined texts or system actions. Because MS Windows uses a lot of shortcuts with the Ctrl, Alt, Shift keys, in order to avoid conflict with them, MemoKeys uses function keys or rare keys as base keys to create combinations. Each base key is independent. You can use 13 base keys for your combinations. For each base key you can associate 39 keys from A to Z and 0 to 9 plus few others. That’s why you can manage more than 500 shortcuts with MemoKeys II free/usb edition.
This tool has been tested with more than 40 target applications.
Procedure To Assign Shortcut Key:
1)Run MemoKeys.
2)Select Function Key(Your Choice) By Single Clicking on It.
3)Select Second Key(again of Your Choice).
4)Type Your Text In White Textbox.
5)Click on Set.
6)Press Ok To Close The Memokeys Dialog Box.
